Debbie Popkin Rudoy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing mental health therapist, and experienced geriatric care manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned a Master’s in Social Work, Certificate in Gerontology and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.

Debbie specializes in helping older adults and their care partners navigate aging challenges. Her clinical assessment skills, compassion and knowledge of resources for older adults inform her work with clients. She focuses on active listening, solving problems, and nurturing positivity. Debbie’s approach to therapy is practical and collaborative, built on a foundation of respect and empathy.

She brings both clinical and personal life experience to her practice. Debbie’s professional experience includes geriatric care management, continuing care retirement communities, home health, palliative care, outpatient counseling, and Parkinson’s disease research and outreach. She has been personally impacted by the challenges of caregiving, grief, and loss, which led her to focus on supporting others.
